If you would like to have Terminix help finance their services... stay away, find an alternative way to pay for it. Neither did they provide account information, nor gave access to it on their web -site. Result: report to credit agencies. Simple account that could have been paid on site will stay on my credit for 10 years. To call it TERRIBLE is to give them a positive rating. This is OUTRAGEOUS.

Called on a holiday and did not expect them to come that day. Set inspection up for two days later. Waited for 6 hours and called twice on2 hour intervals to find out where they were. They kept saying they were leaving voice mail for the tech. Never heard a thing on the Saturday appointment. Called on Monday morning first thing and asked them if they wanted to do the job or not. They stated they left voicemail for supervisor for service tech. As of Friday, no calls, no show. No problem. Already have a new company doing the work. What a joke. I am here in Chattanooga and first had bed bugs in one bed this Jan. . They came and said the charge would be $1,700. I paid $1,000 and the best was financed. Then they were in another bed and then another. Called them back about 3 times. Now the bedbugs are in my queen bed and they came yesterday. Labron showed me where they all were in the mattresses - some even had those encasements. He called me back this morning and said they, Terminex, would only come back if I paid them all over again because the guarantee had run out. And I am still paying on the original! Elizabeth E. Very unreliable!!! No sense making an appointment they don't show and when I called customer service they had no record of an appointment for me and all this after an hour on the phone because they had trouble finding the account in the first place. I don't like talking to India about my issue here in the US, they don't have the information they need to help you and can't find you with your customer ID number. Then the guy on the phone said he will have someone call to reschedule in a couple days. This is the worst service from a service centered company that I have ever dealt with

I have been on the phone over 30 minutes trying to get an appointment for emergency service...finally I get someone on the phone and she says Terminix does not have 24 hour assistance....which is clearly on this web site...I never have had such a hard time getting service from Terminix. Very poor service...very poor service. Canceling my service with Terminix.

We had called to get evaluation and estament. Guy comes looks around says he can do this and that left and said he would email us information and total. We decided we were going to get full treatment covered for eleven years. Guy never sends email never returns calls trying to contact him multiple times. No response. You say 24 hour service and I can't even get a return call. I would not recomend there services to anyone. Very disappointed and will not be requiring any service from terminix. Worst service I ever had.

After dealing with an ant problem I called Terminex. I wished that I had read the reviews first. They are all true. They promise services that they do not deliver. When you contact customer service they tell you a supervisor will get back to you. They never return your call. They say that they have a 100% satisfaction or money back guarantee. When you tell them about your dissatisfaction they refuse to honor the money back guarantee. DO NOT use this company. Call Orkin or a local company. This is the dirtiest company that I have ever dealt with.

I have been using Terminix for a year in an attempt to eradicate fleas and chiggers. I live 50 miles Southwest of Bryan/College Station, TX and fleas and chiggers are a problem. All of my dogs are treated, and current, on Trifexis Flea & Tick prevention meds. So we really have a problem. But Terminix assured me they could eradicate the fleas and other biting insects. So I agreed and began paying the $87/quarter, early last year, per the agreement. Until June - when I first began complaining that the chemicals were NOT WORKING, they were not eradicating the fleas and ticks and me and my dogs were still being bitten. Terminix Contract is being CANCELLED before they actually do any work, they indiscriminately charge my Bank Account 4 X times the amount of their contract charges for pest control. What kind of business does this attempted "Fraud Charges". They do not show for appointments for service. When you call Terminix at any of their listed phone numbers you get a National Call Center, for any customer service problems and complaints, and no follow-up e-mails or contact, a person answers the phone whom does not really care about the customer and their Local Administrative Management and Inspector Salesman does not care about Customer Service- Goodbye Terminix - Do Not Recommend any Service by...
