The company mainly offers two types of travel insurance that covers basic items such as trip cancellation, interruption and delays.
CSA Travel insurance optional items include rental coverage and trip cancellation for any reason with its Custom Luxe plan.

Got denied on my claim of Trip Cancellation due to passport problem. It did not fall to any of the benefit on listed events. That big print has the small print that nullify the claim. It is a business and has fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Lost two round trip ticket from Alaska to Philippines, cancellation fee, insurance policy and a round trip ticket locally. Hefty but lesson learned.
This is a note to those that are wise not to buy Insurance without a law degree.
Will never buy insurance from CSA Travel Protection sponsored agency again.
CSA Travel Insurance is the WORST.... They put me through months of back and forth questions, faxes, receipts etc., and turned down my claim because of a SCAM they seem to be using on most claims, called PRE EXISTING condition. So, if you have ever had surgery, been in a hospital, sick with anything (doesn't matter what), CSA calls it a PRE EXISTING condition. No matter the date of the illness, CSA always uses the same reason for not covering your travel. Be aware, CSA and VRBO/HOMEAWAY RENTALS ALL WORK TOGETHER!!!!
I would not recommend this company, I had to cancel our cruise due to my husband losing his job. I cancelled 3 months before the cruise and they are now refusing to refund my payment, I opened a claim and gave them the information they asked for and now it's "not covered". This is my first time using them and would never use them again. This not a company you would want to use, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
I would not recommend using CSA. I ended up traveling for work and had to stay the week out of town last min. The work trip ran through 2 of the 4 days I had my Vacation scheduled. You figure maybe they look at this as something I couldn't control. When you have to take care of clients, they sometimes dictate your schedule. So i purchased the travel insurance. Terrorism is covered but making sure your job is done isn't. Just was a let down.
Stay clear of this company, unless it’s a simple wine spill on the carpet your claim will most likely be denied.
I wish I had read these reviews prior to booking with Just Fly and using their travel insurance recommendation of CSA Travel Insurance. CSA is a total fraud company. My husband has stage 4 cancer. We booked a trip during a week that he did not have chemo treatments scheduled. Prior to our trip, his white blood counts were so low that they had to reschedule his treatment for the week that we had planned to go on vacation. I have never purchased travel insurance before but I figured that in this case, it was a good idea. I had to re-send all of my forms at least five times. I do not recommend this company. Financial hardship caused me to have to cancel a vacation. This happened six weeks after I booked a vacation rental. There was no way to plan for this hardship. This company would not give me a refund. It was not covered under their plan. Only certain reasons are valid for a refund. Do not use them.
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD, BRINGING LOTS OF EXCUSES TO NOT PAY, DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM.
I was taking a sisters trip to Ireland. Before I was due to arrive my sister became very ill and was hospitalized. Needless to say I cancelled my trip. I had bought travel insurance for just such an emergency. Trying to get my money back has been a NIGHTMARE. Everytime I spoke to an agent the allowed reasons to cancel changed. They were very smug and I really fear I threw the money away. This was the first time I was flying Air Canada and never again is an non issue... Rip offs
I purchased the insurance for my upcoming trip. I had to cancel due to personal issues. I called and used their "voice" prompts to let them know I needed to cancel - well imagine my shock when they said I cancelled my INSURANCE POLICY! TOTAL RIP OFF! So now, I'm out a trip and $1100 dollars!! Very upset with them.
