I have ran into no issues with the warranty yet and its been 9 months already. Two claims later and both were approved pretty easily to say the least. I think the warranty is worth it for the price and I think you can get your moneys worth from it overtime. I did recommend a friend to also purchase there warranty plan from Concord also.
I reached out to concord last week to ask about the warranty plans they offer and to see if they have anything within my budget. The customer service was amazing with not being pushy and explaining all the plans to me in great detail. I found the perfect plan for what I could afford and I think the value is great for an affordable price. I feel more confident in Concord and the staff more then the other companies I called about plans.
I purchased the premium plan from concord auto protect for my 2019 Mercedes Benz E450 right after purchasing the vehicle. I have had Concords plan on a past vehicle and it was worth the money because of the repairs that were taken care of before. I purchased the premium plan for my 2018 BMW M3 when I bought the car a few weeks ago. I found out about Concord and the warranty services they offer because the employee at the dealership recommends them and highly recommended a warranty plan for the M3. It’s a great peace of mind knowing I have a warranty on the car now because of how pricey the car was to purchase from the start. Also, when asking staff about the plan I was given lengthy and clear answers and it gave me no doubt in my head that the staff know what they are talking about. I would recommend Concord for the great customer service they have and competitively priced plans they offer.
I was helped right away when contacting Concord Auto Protect for a warranty plan. I had many questions about which plan was the best fit for my needs and my budget. The customer service agent was not pushy at all and provided plenty of information to help me make my choice on which to go with. I called other warranty companies and ironically, they all wanted me to get there most expensive plan they offer. But not Concord he actually recommended the middle-leveled plan for my needs and within my budget. I could not be happier with the help I got from Concord and will be recommending a friend to give them a try also.
Using Concords warranty has been an easy experience so far. When I had a repair that had todo with the engine I was concerned it would not be covered. But to my surprise Concord had no issue with covering the entire repair at my local dealership. The price of the repair in total was near the cost of the warranty plan so it has proved its value already.

I was approved for my repair this morning, which is awesome because it was a pretty large one. the staff made the process easy as possible for me and wasted minimal to no time with informing me if its approved or not. The cost of the warranty has paid for its self already and I would recommend them to friends and family. Very happy with everything and even happier my cars fixed.
Pretty straight forward process to purchase the warranty plan and nothing was hard to understand. The customer service seem great and provided me with multiple options to pick from plan wise which was nice. I have talked with other companies and Concord was the most affordable option with the best coverage for the price for my SUV.
I was not asked by the company to leave a review, I wanted to because of how honest they were with me. I had two repairs that were needed on my kia recently. So I went to the repair shop and got an estimate and reached out to Concord the same day which was easy todo. Then Concord needed some time for the claim which is understandable when I did in reality contact them late in the evening. The next day I was informed one of the repairs will be fully covered "the bigger and more expensive repair" and the small one would not be covered. Now after hearing them explain clearly why it was not covered I understood there reasons. I am happy with picking Concord Auto Protect.
