Just got done with my claim. It was easy to get in touch with them even at 6 in the morning eastern time, before I head to work.... No real complaints so far about anything. This is my second claim and the first one went great and was fully covered.
The sales people were very helpful, and saved me a bunch of money from not buying this from the car dealership and instead through them. Concord Auto Protects customer service was able to figure out a perfect plan for my budget and needs. They did not try to sell me the most expensive plan and they actually listened to my needs for this warranty plan. The service agent rep took his time and made sure to explain everything in great detail to me and how everything works. I feel confident and comfortable with Concord and the staff here. They have given me no reasons on why I should not trust them.
I would recommend Concord Auto Protect to friends and family for a few reasons. They treated me great from the start to now and always have been kind towards me. Anytime I have had a claim I was able to get in touch with them super quickly. Claim wise the cost of the warranty was worth it and paid for its self already. I have another friend that purchased a warranty plan from Concord also and has had no issues either. I also like how I can understand what I am covered for and not covered for.
