It has been a painless experience using Concords auto warranty program for my car. From the day I signed up many months ago to claims and everything else it has been smooth sailing. They always seem honest and never pushy, even when I had a claim they were quick with everything. My old car warranty company I had would find any reason not to cover the repair. But not Concord, they fully covered everything and a car rental even. Its safe to say I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Concord.
I found out about Concord Auto Protect about two years ago and since then I have been a customer. I think its worth the money because I had a claim not too long ago and the customer agent was speedy in approving the repair which was fully covered. I feel great about being a customer of Concord and recommend others to use them as well. They have never done anything wrong by me, So I only have positive things to say.
I have been a customer for multiple years with two warranty plans. I have never ran into any issues getting in touch with the customer service which is always a good thing. I have always been helped immediately and claim wise there is little to no wait. The best part of the warranty is knowing I’m covered so I have nothing to worry about. I would highly recommend this car warranty to friends & family, for the price you can’t beat it.
I purchased the Advanced warranty plan through Concord Auto Protect a few weeks back already. The situation ended up working out because I used the towing feature to get it towed to my local GM dealer. The item that caused the no start situation was on recall and was covered by GM for free. So in the end it all worked out and I never even had to contact Concord about a claim for a repair.
Have not had a claim yet, So I can not speak on that. But I do like the customer service provided and how nice everyone was towards me. They took their time explaining everything to me. I will update the review whenever I have a repair needed and how it goes.
I have been a customer of Concord Auto Protect for multiple years now. I have had no issues with getting my car repaired twice. The customer service agent Jeff has been honest and helpful every time I have needed something. I would easily purchase the same plan again on my future car because of the value and protection it provides me.
The customer service agent was very kind and helpful with providing me all the information I needed. I was able to find the right plan for my Audi that is affordable and helps me be covered with a warranty. Time will tell how it all turns out for me but for the price it was worth it the purchase.
I purchased the Advanced plan and needed the roadside assistance which was a unfortunate situation but Concord did indeed help me out. I had the car towed to my mechanic and it turned out to be something small which only let the vehicle crank but not start. So my mechanic made an estimate for me and reached out to Concord for me so it would save me time. The repair was approved almost instantly and my car is now fully fixed. I could not of asked for anything more from Concord and their amazing staff. When I was in a time of need they pulled through and had me covered.
I bought a warranty plan last Friday from Concord for my newer car that I recently purchased. I hope the warranty goes smoothly and I'm excited to see how it works out in the future. I seen all the positive reviews and thought this would be my best chance. The small interaction we had has been good and they were very kind the entire time. I did not feel pressured to make a decision the same day.
So far it has been a pleasure using Concord and their warranty services for my two cars. They seem like pretty honest and nice people, every time I call I am helped quickly and the agent is always knowledgeable about the warranty. Whatever they say they will do gets done, I never have to chase them for anything. They said they will call me back and they actually did, which is rare with many companies today.
