I purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales dealership in my area recently. When I finished the purchase I was talking with the salesperson and he did mention getting a car warranty plan for my car. I asked for some recommendations so he provided me two which included Concord. I reached out to both companies but Concord sounded like the best value for my money after comparing the two thoroughly. I'm happy with my purchase and I think it will go well in the future if I have any repairs also.
I heard about Concord Auto Protect through a friend of mine recently. I really was sold on it after my friend told me how they covered both claims on their car for a transmission and another part todo with the engine. I know for a fact the peace of mind I will have with the policy is worth the money. I have not had a claim personally yet but I feel pretty good about my chances of it going well when it happens.

I understand every car warranty company has good and bad reviews but to me I went with my gut feeling which turned out to be trusting them.
Been happy with everything Concord has done for me warranty coverage wise. I had one claim approved and one denied, which in my situation is understandable. I would use them for my next car as well. The value of the plan is there if you read the terms and use the plan right.

Everything turned out great in the long run after being a customer of Concord Auto Protect for over a year already. I was offered multiple plans to pick from for my 2017 Ford F-150 that I purchased from a local dealer here in NJ. I think Concord was the best choice for value for my situation and budget. It has been smooth sailing using Concord and I have not ran into a single problem so far. I would feel confident in buying another plan from them for my families next car. They treat people great and are competitively priced, cant get better then that.
Concord Auto Protect was fantastic handling my claim I had through them for my cars repair. I was without a car because of the repair but Concord was able to provide a rental which was awesome and helped me out so much. The claim was easily approved, and I was able to have the dealership start the repairs the same day. The customer service agent Micheal was amazing with helping me and making sure everything was handled for me.
