Concord came recoommned to by staff at the dealership I purchased my newer Volvo from last week. I pulled the trigger finally and purchase the warranty this morning. The way I looked at it for the amount of money I paid for the car its worth having some extra peace of mind for a small cost. I feel great about my purchase from them and will update the review if I ever have a repair needed.
Very honest car warranty company. I had a claim for my Volvo which was approved right away. Which is amazing for me because its beyond hot outside and its the worst timing for my AC in my car to die. But thankfully I remember I purchased the warranty plan from Concord Auto Protect and it was so easy to get in touch with them. The Volvo dealer took care of everything with Concord and I had my car back in no time in perfect working condition again.
My experience with Concord Auto Protect has been great thus far. Now I looked into many car warranty companies and almost all have there positive and negative reviews, as expected. But with Concord I felt more comfortable realizing some people were not being realistic after doing further research. Could not be happier with the purchase of my car warranty from Concord Auto Protect. They have treated me great since the purchase and have helped me through the claim process once. I plan on being a long-term customer here and purchasing their plan on another car when the time comes. I have no complaints from the claim process to the customer service.
My warranty claim was processed with any time to waste. I have a 2017 BMW 5 series which was having air conditioning issues and timing is not great as its summer. So, I brought the car into my local BMW dealership here in the Tampa area and had them figure the issue out. When they informed me about the issue and the costs, I notified them how I have Concord for car warranty. Both parties reached out to each other and handled everything for me within a 48-hour period I was back in my car fixed with AC again.
My experience purchasing a car warranty plan from Concord has been an easy one a few reasons why. The main reason is the staff always makes it apparent that customer service is important to them and being there when calling also. My Husband and I have been happy with the plan and will continue to update the review as time goes on. If and when repairs happen, we will see how it goes as well. The last reason we like the plan is the price was the best around versus some other companies we checked out prior to this.
Been a long-term customer with Concord with over two separate plans purchased from them over the years. I have nothing but good things to say, I had minimal repairs but when they did come up it was covered without a hiccup. I am thankful i found a warranty company that actually cares and wants to always make sure the customer is happy. I noticed people complain about certain repairs not being covered from them and other various companies but people need to read and fully understand what they are covered for rather just assume things. Thats just my advice and will recommend Concord to family.
My husband and I made the choice to go with Concord last week because we understood the policy clearly and did not feel pressured. We were given plenty of time to think it over and even call other companies also. We are happy with the costs of the plan and what's covered by them.
It has been a pleasure using the warranty program plan from Concord Auto Protect. We purchased the premium plan because of the price of our newer car so it only made sense to go with the best plan we could get. So what made Concord different from our old warranty provider was being 24/7 and little to no wait time on the phone. We would wait easily 25-40 minutes with our other provider, but concord was pretty much instant always.
I would recommend there plans to anyone looking for a competitively priced car warranty program. I could not find another company that offers to cover as much as Concord has for us for the very fair price. They have treated us great for the multiple months we have had our policy for.
