My previous warranty company would always decline my claims. Not Concord ! I had 3 different claims so far and they have gained my trust. They are a great company.
Our family has had Concords auto warranty plan for a while now so we have expeirenced the claim side of things and customer service as well. No company is ever 100% perfect BUT concord did honor the repairs and did not give us any issues about it. Timing was not the best because it was near a holiday but it was quicker then we expected it would be. Overall we can not complain because we got our moneys worth with the plan, so yes it was worth every dollar for us.
Very happy that even on a weekend they were able to help me, they truly have amazing customer service. I am happy my car was repaired and the claim was an painless process for my self.
