I have been using Concord for two cars so far and I have had multiple claims and almost all of them were covered. The one claim that was not covered was understandable but they will covered the others. I think value wise its pretty solid depending on your situation. The best part is how easy the claim process was & how the staff took care of it quickly.
My husband and I have not had a claim yet but we are pretty optimistic that we will have no problems in the future with them. So far everything has been smooth sailing and any concerns were promptly taken care of. We also had another friend recently purchase a car warranty plan from them as well.
Nothing bad to say at all, the customer service agent we spoke with was right to the point with answering our questions. We went with Concord because we felt the most confident in them and the warranty they sell.
