Not a single issue with my warranty plan. It covered a repair last week already and I had to pay nothing out of pocket. The warranty was worth the purchase my situation with my BMW, knowing repairs can be costly. The price of the plan was competitive and offered more then other companies did.
Pleasant customer service and I was assisted right away when calling yesterday to purchase a plan. I was not pressured to buy the plan at all and was given various plan sizes to pick from. Happy with my purchase and I feel a lot better knowing my car has coverage now.
I have had the warranty plan through Concord for about 6-7 months already. I have only had to contact them twice about some questions I had and that went smoothly. Thankfully I have had no repairs needed on my car. I think the price for the plan was fair and I'm happy with my purchase so far.

I was in the market looking at car warranty plans for over two weeks as of today. I contacted Concord last week and told the agent I needed some time to think it over, He was 100% okay with that and not pushy. I decided to purchase the plan through them today and the same agent was able to assist me with the entire process. He took his time with me and provided me all the information possible about the plan and how everything works.
Easy experience signing up for the warranty plan this morning. All of the contract was explained in depth to me and any concerns I had were listened to and provided an answer. I felt it was a no pressure sale and the price was pretty cheap compared to a few other places I contacted prior to Concord.
