I would highly recommend Concord Auto Protect to all my friends and family. The pricing was very fair and I would easily say they offer the most for the price compared to other companies in this market. The plan I got gives me plenty of coverage and the price was easily the cheapest I found. I will be purchasing another warranty plan on my next car when the time comes. The customer service was great with answering my questions about the warranty plan which is nice.
Our family has a car warranty plan through Concord Auto Protect for over two years now without a single problem. The signup process before was quick and easy which is always nice and all our concerns were answered promptly. The customer service has been awesome with claims and anything we have needed anything from questions or actual small issues. The staff even approved a repair we had last month and made sure our car was 100% repaired and running again. They are great people and are priced more fairly then other competitors are that I have noticed.
I purchased the "Advanced" plan from Concord about 3-4 days ago for my car. The plan was priced within my budget that I had for a warranty plan. I think the plan covers enough items on my car that meet my needs, I thought a bonus was that it covered towing, out of gas and many more unique items that I would of never thought of. I think the staff was nice and pretty helpful when it came to showing me options in all different price brackets. It was a no pressure sale at all and the agent was never pushy.
Not much to say, my repair was covered fully by Concord Auto Protect last week. The warranty plan worked out for me and was worth the purchase. Customer service agents were helpful and took there time with explaining the process to me which was awesome. The price of the plan was cheaper then other companies that I called so it was a no brainer to go with Concord and give it a shot.
Great company so far and the staff has been amazing with assisting me. My F-150 had one small and one larger repair that was needed and I tried my luck and went through the claim process. Both repairs were fully covered the same day and my mechanic was also paid within 24 hours of me contacting Concord. I am beyond happy with my purchase and the value this plan has given me has been well worth the money. They made the entire process as easy as possible for me which I appreciate.
The plan I purchased from Concord is easy to understand what I am covered for and what is not covered. I have had good luck so far with no repairs thankfully so I have not been able to file a claim yet. The price of the warranty plan was great and the amount of coverage was more then enough for my needs. The agent was kind and answered all questions I had as well.
There's a lot of misleading incorrect information from this company . For 1 they do not have 24/7 customer service . I had been calling for 2 weeks strait everyday at all times and their call center response was the same everyday no one is available to speak to you but I'll send a message someone will get back to you it's been over 2 months now and still have not heard back from this company . I even called the service agent that could me the contract to his direct number left several messages and still no response I submitted a message through their online portal as well . The warranty plan covered my transmission being fixed and functioning as it should again. I was worried about the claim but Concord pulled through and was able to approve the claim and even got the mechanic shop paid the same day. I had my car back a lot quicker then I expected and it all because of Concord and there amazing staff. Without the warranty plan I am not sure what I would of done but thankfully I made the purchase before and remembered I had it.
I could not be any happier with my warranty plan from Concord Auto Protect. They have been amazing towards me since the first day. I have had two claims so far last year and both were approved without any issues. No complaints about anything, everything was quick. I think the price for the warranty plan is well worth it and I believe the repairs I had would have costed me more out of pocket than the plan did. I did recommend a friend to use Concord as well since the experience I have had has been painless.
