Coverage - 5 / 5

Endurance offers a total of eight vehicle services contracts. You can pretty much customize your coverage so that it suits your needs perfectly. The company offers both traditional repair plans under its five breakdown protection plans, plus the option of adding routine maintenance coverage by choosing one of its three EnduranceAdvantage™ plan options. Endurance covers the systems and components you'd expect it to, plus maintenance coverage up to $3,500 per year through Advantage. Through its wide range of personalized protection, you can find the plan that's right for you, with prices increasing as you choose more comprehensive coverage.

Endurance sets itself apart from the competition by offering specialized coverage on high tech components, factory navigational systems, commercial vehicles, and hybrid/electric vehicles. In addition, all Endurance vehicle service contracts include 24/7 roadside assistance and a free year of the Endurance Elite membership, including $2,000 in benefits like key fob replacement, tire repair and replacement, towing, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and more.

Endurance does limit its payouts to the trade-in value of the vehicle covered in the contract.
Limit of Liability: The average trade-in value of the vehicle as provided by the NADA Guides or the purchase price of the vehicle as provided by a bill of sale.

Claims & Repairs - 5 / 5

With Endurance Warranty, repair claims may be submitted after the waiting period has been completed, generally 30 days and 1,000 miles.

Deductibles are typically $100 and must be paid before the claim is to be approved. The company also pays all covered claims up front, so customers don’t have to incur in high out-of-pocket expenses or wait to be reimbursed.

This approach is quite different from that of other companies, increasing the value of Endurance policies and highlighting the benefits of their customer-centered business approach.

To further differentiate themselves from other competitors, Endurance offers car warranties that are honored wherever there is a licensed, authorized repair facility. Unlike other car warranty companies that only approve repairs at specific locations or charge extra for repairs that take place in shops outside their network, Endurance’s warranties can be used anywhere, regardless of state lines.

That means that if you’re away from home when you need vehicle repairs, you can still receive the services you need without hassles or additional expenses.

Plans & Service Contracts - 5 / 5

Endurance does not require vehicle inspections for the warranty coverage to begin. Making things even easier, not only is a warranty transfer allowed to a new driver or new vehicle entirely, but cancellation comes with a money-back guarantee within the first 30 days.

Endurance calls this a “review period” in which customers have the option of canceling their auto warranty if they decide the product doesn’t meet their needs.

However, there is one caveat. After the initial review period has ended, if a cancellation is requested by the customer a pro-rated refund may be granted depending on claims paid out and policy time/mileage used.

For more information on Endurance Warranty plans and policies, visit the company’s FAQ section under the resource center. There you will find answers to the most pressing questions consumers have about extended auto warranties as a whole, as well as company-specific details regarding policy options, coverage, and claims.

This Company is the Worst!! A 1200.00 repair they denied after ordering total dismantling of my engine of a cost of 1100.00 and now I am left with an 6500.00 cost of a re manufactured engine because of their stupidity and lack of professionalism. The claims person named Otis was determined from day one to deny my claim. When something is under warranty for breakage of any component in an engine it should be covered but not in their policy! You have to "prove" of what caused breakage by dismantling and have it analyzed to determine "what" caused the breakage and then is is to be decided by the claims person weather or not it was a legitimate "Failure". In my case , it was not neglect or... Read More

You people should be ashamed of yourselves, taking people's hard earned money and then denying every claim. The car we needed repaired was our only way to get to work, now I am in danger of losing my job and consequently my house. Special Note- the Supervisor that calls himself Will Jayco is the lowest of them all.

This company is the worse. The auto mechanics have a hard time reaching them. Their customer service sucks. Also, they don't cover anything. I had it for 4 years and they denied almost every claim. Don't trust them and don't use any mechanics that they suggest. They are all scammers. Enter at your own risk. I am very unhappy and disappointed with this company and its service.

Do not purchase an extended warranty with this company. I had chemo and forgot about the warranty I had purchased when I went to get an estimate on the car in February I didnt have the money to get it fixed forward to April I was looking through paperwork on the car and found a warranty when I called to explain in april that I dint know I had the warranty which expired March 12th they basically told me to bad its expired. I paid $2,200 to get my car repaired plus the money i paid previously to get the car fixed before the warranty expired because you need pre authorization so they wont reimburse that money either. Plus the $2,900 I paid for the warranty.

I trust this company like I trust cheap toilet paper... not at all! They voided my warranty claiming that my tires are 4% larger than stock. This did not cause my 2016 f150 torque converter to go bad. Then they stuck me with a diagnosis bill. Shame on them. Approach Endurance with caution or not at all. You have been warned

I contacted Endurance after being subjugated to their Instagram and Facebook ads. When speaking to the team member providing instruction and guidance for the package, I was allegedly given all needed information at that time. The program was appealing to myself, as I just purchased a used car and wanted to protect the purchase. I completed the needed payments and reviewed the policy as I awaited the needed 30 days & 1000 miles needed to elapse resulting in activation of the policy. Taking my car to the dealership on 19SEP20 I was advised I would have to pay the dealership inspection fee. I was not prepared to do so, forgetting that on the second page of the policy, Endurance states the... Read More

I have been with Endurance Warranty for the past 3 years. Every time I have called in, I have received the best customer service and they have answered all of my questions efficiently.

The Consumers Advocate group is just as much lies and deception as the Endurance Warranty company themselves. Read the 80 customer comments then tell me who's recommendation you are gonna take: The customers who are on the front line dishing out the dollars to get their cars back on the road or The Consumers Advocate that is either owned by Endurance or paid by them. FYI: only manufacturers can offer a warranty on their products. This is a Service Contract. There is a lawsuit in the company name all by itself.
