I purchased from here because of their "advertised" price. However, when you get to their cart, the price jumps up hugely. You then learn they advertise a price based upon a Rebate Credit... a rebate credit you may likely NEVER receive, at least not in any normal amounts of time. I made my purchase 11/17/2021 for contacts; more than 6 months has lapsed and the site still says it's "processing" my rebates. It is May 9, 2022 and I've received NO rebates and have otherwise way overpaid for these contacts. I ordered 4 boxes of contact lenses for 167.00 when i pressed purchase the total jumped to $262.00. I called Lens.com, they told me the additional was processing fees, not shipping, that was 7.98 and charged separately. I was notified two days later my lenses were discontinued so I told them to cancel my order. Two days later I receive an email that they shipped. I called them back and they sent me an RMA number to return. I returned them the day after I received them and this is the refund i got. Lens.com says they will send a rebate. I filled out all of the forms and have waited over 5 months (7 months from when I paid them money). When you call they do not provide any information. I would recommend not purchasing from Lens.com. Their rebates are not reliable.

It has been over 18 weeks since I submitted by rebate and still it has not been completed. I called approximately 4 weeks ago and was told they will try to expedite it.

Lens.com adds a HUGE and unexplained amount in taxes and fees per box. According to their website, a box of Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism Contact Lenses costs $38.24. Their live agent told me that the taxes and fees charged per box are $16.24. That is 42.5% of the normal price! You're basically getting charged for a box and a half! I asked the agent for a breakdown and explanation of the taxes and fees to explain this added cost. PLEASE PLEASE LISTEN TO THE COMMENTS. THE REBATE IS A SCAM. Please choose to purchase from another company. The advertising is misleading about the full price as well as the rebate offer. The process does not put the customer first and fails either with multiple delays, expirations or no rebate found. This is very frustrating and I'm hoping that something is done to prevent this from happening to others.

Advertised as 2 boxes for $15.39 each after rebate. Placed 4 boxes (2 for each eye) in the cart. Screen says $30.78 per eye after rebate. Cart shows $9.95 shipping. Non-common core math would lead me to add $30.78 + $30.78 + $9.95 = $71.51 after rebate. Common core math: Cart shows 4 boxes + $9.95 shipping = $235.47 - $85.00 rebate = $150.47 after rebate. Calls to customer service result in eternal hold music. How many people have placed their order without noticing the error, overpaying, then (judging from other reviews) never receiving the promised rebate. That would have been a $163.96 difference in my scenario. {screenshots available}

DO NOT BOTHER. the rebate is not worth it, you will be waiting for your rebate for 6 months. PLEASE just give any other company your money.

Please listen to all other complaints regarding the rebate issue. I placed 2 orders on 12/31/21, which I was expecting to receive back a total of $330.00 in rebate cards, when I went online to check status of rebate, thinking they should be arriving any day now, was informed they have no record of receiving my mailed in rebates & that there was nothing that could be done, the rebate had now EXPIRED!! spoke to supervisor, Candi, as was given the same stories that I was given when I had twice previously called in.
