DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. 3 of my contacts were ripped upon opening nd I was told there is NOTHING they can do. I paid for the 1 year and unfortunately it was up at the end of January so I'm out for the contacts that were ripped! They offered to give me back the cost for 3 contacts and pay shipping but Id have to pay processing again. Last time it was $20....no thanks!!

Lens.com promised to send a rebate for my order. I expected it to come in the mail but knew it may take awhile. They never told me how to get it. Called them today. Voice recording said to check the FAQ page to find out how to get a rebate. It took some searching but I finally found it way at the bottom of a buried page. It said I had to click on it in order to order the rebate (something I was never told). My rebate had expired because I waited past the 8 week mark, something I also didn't know about. I'm now out $100 and should have ordered at my local Walmart Vision Center. At least they will price match with online companies. I will never use an online company again. It's a... Read More

My rebate was due months ago. They blame the delays on Covid which is baloney. The rebate process is totally automated. Terrible company!

I ordered contacts on 10/15/2021 for what I thought was $120. After finalizing the purchase I was told the cost was actually $160 with a $40 rebate that would be mailed to me. After three phone calls to customer service, who told me the rebates were backed up, I received a $40 VISA card, but not until March, 2022 (5 months later!). Be very wary about ordering from this site.

I was getting SO frustrated about my rebate, but it looks like I'm not the only one frustrated by this! I have called and I get the same answer about processing delays. I'm willing to give some extra time- I know things have been crazy, but I have no confidence that it is EVER going to be sent out! I ordered September 23, 2021..I think I have been extremely patient since it's been well over the allotted processing time of 6 weeks! Ridiculous!!

I'm beginning to believe that this rebate thing is more than a scam! I've been waiting since oct 2021 for 4 months already for this rebate , absolutely ridiculous. This is the last time I have bought lenses from this place. I already found another competitor , honest one, but I'm going tru all social media exposing this even to the BBB and other regulator agencies!

Really misleading on their pricing. I was charged $75 in taxes and fees with no explanation of the fees on the receipt. When contacting customer service they stated that each box of contact required a $17 processing fee on top of the "low price" they claimed! The contacts were priced at $35 per box PLUS this $17 per box processing fee that was not explained anyway in the ordering process. Also, was lured in with the promise of a rebate. This means you pay full price and wait for your rebate to be send. That is fine, however, what they don't tell you until you pay is that rebates are running 6-8 weeks behind. Ordered lenses 9/30/2021 and per their rebate center the visa card was mailed, 3/7/22. A little over 5 months. One star less than a five for the rebate, but likely it is not their fault.
