Don't buy from these people. They promise rebates they seem to have no intention of paying. Could be they are short of funds? I sent in rebate forms the first week of January and no rebate as of April 18. Complaining on the BBB site won't do much good, they already have an F rating.

Your website (see above) claims 8-10 weeks to process rebates and in the past I have generally been happy with processing times – until now. I ordered contacts in October 2021 and filed for my rebate in November 2021. It is now April 6, 2022 and nothing has been received. When I call or inquire by email I only get told it is still processing and the delay is blamed on COVID! To process a rebate? I would like someone to look into this and get back with me. You have more than likely lost a customer and I will next lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Submitted rebate form 10/2021. It is now 04/2022 and no rebate. Their copy/pasted response to inquiry is "our rebate team is working as quickly as they can to get your rebate out to you, they are just a little backlogged due to carrier delays and the global pandemic, but you will still be receiving your rebate card." When asked when to expect it: "We currently do not have an estimated time frame at this time." Look elsewhere or pay full price. If it looks too good to be true, it is.

I was a loyal lens.com customer for many years but their marketing practices have become deceptive and I strongly recommend against doing business with them. First, the so-called rebate is NOT from a manufacturer. It is basically the lens.com company itself asking for a free loan that is more than the advertised cost of the lenses. Why does lens.com need free loans? Please note that many reviewers have not received their rebates! Second, there was an $79 processing fee on top of $10+ shipping costs that is not disclosed on the final order summary. The fee was shown on the prior page where you submit shipping info. Rebate is a scam . Received lenses on 11/8/2021 . Today is April 4th 2022 . 5 months and No rebate . Whenever you call them , they say to wait another 2 weeks . Find another lens company . These people are shady crooks .

Like many of the negative reviews here, their rebate program is a sham. Ordered lenses last Nov 2020 and still haven't received my 3 rebates ($140) months later. Complained thru chat and email to customer service and they just blame COVID and refuse to escalate my complaint - total BS that insults one's intelligence!

I order 3 times from them... Every time they made problems with them rebates. If you do not follow up you will never get it. Be ready to wait 4 months to get it. They are hoping that your will forget about it.

I have been a loyal Lens.com customer for years. I have purchased contacts for my wife, son, and myself. Just recently I purchased contacts for my son and had them sent to his home out of state. I completed the refund form and sent it in to be processed for a $60.00 refund. Having not received the refund I called Lens.com and spoke to a supervisor. I was told that it was a few weeks passed the refund deadline and I was not going to get the refund. I explained to her I completed it on time and mailed it in and she then told me I filled out the refund form incorrectly. contacts sent were the incorrectly marked. they are actually marked with one eye script and its the other....Also sent in the rebate as requested. have proof of delivery and they say it was never received and nothing they can do to help! DO NOT buy with this company!!! HUGE SCAM

Easy to get contacts but I have been waiting since December for my rebate and it is now March 18th, also they make you wait for quite some time after you receive your contacts until you can print out the rebate form I bet a lot of people just forget to do it, they blame the delay on covid which is total BS
