Sent my rebate form for $150 on 2/23/22 and never received it. I called multiple times prior the the 12 week window and was told not to worry they were behind and it would be processed. As I got close to the expiration date, I called and they said they would note on my account I had called and it would be taken care of. It is now past the expiration date and now when I call they say there is nothing more they can do. This seems like a scam based on other comments. I will not buy from this company again.

I ordered my contact lenses in mid January and have still not received my rebate yet. I have reached out to them twice to be told that they are backed up due to the pandemic. Seriously, stop lying! What an insult to think consumers are that stupid. How long does it take to process a rebate?! It didn’t take that long for them to charge me for the lenses. The only reason I bought the lenses from them was be any of the rebate. I will NOT buy from them again. I can get them for the same price without dealing with a ridiculous rebate from Warby Parker. 5 months and counting with no rebate in site. Unacceptable business practice!

Please do yourself a favor and do NOT order your lenses from this website. I received a defective box and after 7 phone calls back and forth, Candy the supervisor agreed to replace the defective box. It's been 2 months and I still have not received it. called back and spoke with her and even though I have her voicemail saved, she denied ever saying that she will replace my defective box. Their website claims they guarantee that their lenses are free of manufacturers defects, and they offer a 30 day return policy if boxes are returned in unopened condition. In the past, I had no problems receiving the advertised rebate...however, my last order was in December 2021 and I have not received the $100 rebate I qualify for. Numerous contacts with the company resulted in repeated responses of "it is on the way". When it came time to reorder my lenses, I did NOT go back to them (after years of loyalty). Sams Club Contacts had lenses that were a little more but I am not fighting with them. If no rebate is forthcoming, the Sams Club price is less! Lens.com should have to pay in addition for aggravation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I purchased over $300 of contact lens in September 2021, have been expecting $160 rebate. Rebate center shows the rebate card was sent in March. I haven't received any. Chatted online with an agent in April, May and 6/7/2022. Everytime they said they would resend a card. I'm not confident if I can ever get the rebate. Hey everyone: I have been using Lens.com for MANY years (I am old). They have always been excellent. This is first time ever that the rebate has been late. However, no matter if their fault or not, they should put out a statement regarding the problem/status....surely they realize they are losing potential new customers, and likely have lost many of the current ones. They know there would eventually be a lawsuit if they don't deliver. Hang in there.

ONLY IF YOU ARE IN NO HURRY FOR ANY REBATE. It is clear that I am not alone, both in not researching more ahead of time as well as seemingly locked in an endless wait for the promised REBATE that was used to entice original purchase. They continue to send 'reminders' that it is time to reorder, but I will not purchase again at the very least until the REBATE materializes. I ordered in Dec. 2021. I sent in the required paperwork to get the REBATE going the same day I received the go ahead from them. And then was referred to a tracking page. Like most others, see their reviews, my rebate is basically fiction. Nice drawings on a web site, with no rebate sent... at this writing 6mos +. Lens.com keeps extending the processing time for the rebate. I have filed complaints with the MO Attorney General, BBB, and the FTC (not that I expect them to do anything). I will not be using this company again.

Stupidly, without reading prior customer reviews, I went with Lens.com for the large ($150) rebate on my new contact lenses. Well, that was in late December 2021 and I still haven't received the rebate here in late May 2022. There rebate scam system is ridiculous and I don't buy the covid excuse when you can process rebates with at-home employees very easily. It's called technology. They charge enough up front for the lenses, they can certainly invest in that technology.

This company is a fraud. They advertise a large rebate to make your purchase worthwhile and then you will NEVER receive your rebate. They are nothing but liars.
