DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered contacts and was sent the wrong prescription. I contacted the company and was sent a return label which I attached to the original shipping box and returned the contacts the next day. Lens.com sent a new order out and charged me for them too. After not receiving credit for the order I returned I was told on MULTIPLE CALLS OVER SEVERAL WEEKS they had never received them. Finally I asked to speak to a supervisor who told me they had indeed received the return and had issued credit a few days after I originally contacted them and the problem apparently was with my bank. Rebates are a scam. Its been 5 months. Calling customer service only gets lies and excuses about the rebate.

Beware deceptive practices regarding rebate and timely processing. 4.5 months since i submitted my rebate. The representative at Lens.com was not helpful at all. Excused away the delays.

Heed my warning! Do not buy from this company because you will not save money and waste your time. I placed an order for contacts and uploaded the prescription. When I received my contacts they were the wrong prescription (even thought they had my prescription on file). I called and the person I talked to said that they would send out new one right away and send me a label to send the incorrect ones back. 5 days with no contacts or return label so I called to get an update. That person said that there was nothing in their system about my initial call and that my contacts were not sent out. She assured me that she would get replacement contact sent out overnight. I received the contacts order promptly, a 3 months supply. Needed to order more but have not received the promised rebate after 3 months. Will not reorder from them unless I get the promised rebate Visa card. Looks like they have lost another customer.

They sold me lenses with a return guarantee that if my prescription changes I could return unused boxes (as long as they were not expired of course). When I went to purchase lenses for my new prescription, they magically changed that policy to 60 days and then down to 30 days! A supervisor literally said "We can change the policy retroactively whenever we please" Horrible customer service. Beware!!!

Scam. Stay away from this site. Ordered lenses at way above the market only because they promised rebate. It's been 4 months and nothing. Called, and used the chat option - all useless. Would never use again.

NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY! They offer rebates via a Visa card, which lures you to their site, but the process requires a USPS mail in of the form from their website, which contains the bar codes for the rebates and your order. All of which they obviously already have and then it takes 8 - 10 weeks after they receive the mailed in rebate to receive the rebate card. It seems to me that they are trying to make the process as difficult as possible and hope that the customer will just forget about the rebate.

I received a faulty product and they did everything to skirt the issue. Finally offered a ONE pair of lens credit. Not helpful as I do not plan to purchase from them in the future. And I also have not received my rebate yet but that of course is not their fault either, that is blamed on VISA.
