I now have waited over 18 weeks only to be told by the rep that each process of the rebate game could take 8-10 weeks- so for clarity it will not be 8-10 weeks that you get your Visa card, it will be months- Oh the games they play-

If Lens.com wants to be considered a reputable company, they need to stop the rebate card game: 1) 2 week delay in ability to even complete the rebate form 2) required to submit rebate form in old school hardcopy form via snail mail 3) required to cut out proof of purchase from boxes when sending the form back to the company I bought the lenses from (silly) 4) only have 8 weeks to send the form in from date of shipping and 2 weeks were eaten up by waiting 2 weeks to just print the form (how silly is that) 5) must wait up to two months for the rebate to be processed. I purchased contact lens from Lens.com on Nov 11, 2021. They bi-weekly Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism did not work well for me as they burned my eyes. I requested for a refund for the unopened boxes on Dec 12, 2021 to which I was provided an estimated refund amount of $88.98. On Jan 19, 2022, I received a refund processed email in the amount of $38.30 to which I called into 1-800 LENS.COM (536-7266) to inquire the difference of the refund amount. Aletha, in MISSOURI call center for lens.com could not explain which is baffling as she is the customer service center. Very disappointed in this company. Will NOT buy from again. Their rebate offer is "bait" to get you to purchase lenses from them. I bought lenses 4 months ago and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REBATE!. Each time I call customer service they give me the runaround......excuses....and tell me to just wait a couple more weeks. REALLY? I've waited 4 months. I will never use this company again, and I warn others to beware. The "rebate" sounds good, but it takes forever to come......if it ever does.

The rebate redeeming process is ridiculously long - going on 8 weeks and they sent it to the company that "creates the card" and has been in that status for several weeks. How long can it take to mass produce a plastic card? I have ordered lenses from other companies, with rebates, and never once had to wait this long. SHOP ELSEWHERE

Your rebate system is terribly inefficient. No one is able to tell you when the rebate will come, especially do not expect it to come in the timeframe on the website. If you order from them save yourself the hassle and skip the rebate. I contacted them 5 times and all they say is they cannot tell me when the rebate will come since it is handled by another company but will not tell you who to contact to get it processed.
