Buyer beware! They advertise a "REBATE" with a Visa card, that never actually shows up. Their marketing scheme is to get you to think that they are going to give you a lower price by giving you this rebate, but you don't actually receive the rebate as promised. Their customer service team has told me for 6+ months that my rebate is "processing" and that I need to be patient because they have a back-log in their system, with no delivery date in site. False marketing and advertising which I will never fall for again.

Over 5 months now and still no rebate they promote heavily on their website. Terrible customer service. Contacts also took a while to arrive. Had 2 lens packets with no contact in the solution too. You get what you pay for right???

I am still waiting for my rebate on my order of 1/22/2022. Today is 8/24/2022. My rebate was confirmed 4/8/22. Bunch of baloneys. I overpaid on my lenses! If you want good prices and service go elsewhere. Sorry I was fooled into their promises.

they are shady. went to try my first order. air optix colors. 2 boxes says $34.95 each shipping $9.95 mailing to Pa.the total doubled at $171 and that was after a rebate. ($191). then i put in 1 box $56.24 that total came to $90.93. $24 in taxes and fees that did not show on the summary before putting in your form of payment. thats ridiculous.

Bought contacts in March and still have not received rebate. Why not just discount my order the amount of the rebate? or do online processing vs mail in. Who still does mail in? I understand lack of employees. But there are other avenues that they could take.

This is a dishonest company whose "money-back guarantee" is a lie. They emailed that they had verified my prescription with my doctor, but they did not. Then they sent the wrong prescription. Then they would not accept the return because they said the box was "wrote on." (I had not written on the box.) Their customer service system was completely unresponsive: I called multiple times to speak with service agents, and finally asked to speak with a manager, and waited on hold for a long while, to be told that a supervisor would get back to me later that day. I agree that the rebates are SUPER slow. I ordered in December and have yet to see my rebate Visa. I did finally get one from an earlier order so I'm confident I'll see it...eventually.

I ordered lens in mid-Feb 2022 and have not received my rebate. The site says it takes 12 weeks. It is more than 2 months over that. I tried chatting with them online and they told me it could be another couple of months, The site has posted that it there are delays due to supply chain issues. Really? To send a visa card? How about just refunding the $150 to my credit card and solve the issue. They would prefer to hold my money. I will never order from them again. Imagine if they didn't pay their employees for 8 months. This is a horrible way to treat customers!

The lenses are fine and the support people are good BUT, they charge a $20 processing fee. That means they are working off of some outmoded model of online purchasing. You order something from Macy's, or Amazon or Walmart etc., you pay for the item, tax and shipping. You don't add a charge for getting the item and throwing it in a bag. It is deceptive and that fee should be included in the price.
