First my contact order shipping date kept getting move further out. Took more than a month for them to finally ship. I submitted my rebate forms and have now been waiting almost 7 months. The status on-line shows that my rebate cards are ready, just need to be shipped. It has been like that for months.

Rebate is a scam. 4 months now since they received my documentation and still nothing has been processed. They also refused to change the address it would be shipped to and the P.O. Box at our summer location is not allowed to forward mail so don’t waste you time here, just try another service for your purchase.

I have been buying my lenses from them for the past 10 years. Never any rebates until my most recent order. The price at checkout was almost double from the previous order due to the fact that they were now doing this rebate deal. Now here I am over 3 months later and my rebate is still not here. They blame it on Covid but thats nonsense. How many people does it take to mail a debit card ? I am literally down to the lenses I am currently wearing and was hoping this rebate would show up in time to help me with the money I still need to reorder some more because pretty soon I'm going to be walking around in a world that's all just a big blur to me.

Incentivized by Lens.com rebate? It took 8 months. It only came after a complaint call. It comes in an envelope easy to miss with no reference to Lens.com. Just ‘Reward Center’. It looks like junk mail. So 8 months later, something that looks like junk mail may arrive. The card has an expiration date. I won’t be doing that again.

Order fees are 78% of the order total. So, their business is laughable. The rebate takes absolutely forever, and as others have said, it's not even real in some cases where customers never even see that rebate money. Next business please! Just pick a different one.

Service fees have gone through the roof! they advertise one price for the contacts with the rebate that takes forever to get (over 6 months and waiting), but then tacked on over $100 of service fees (it used to be $40 of service fees)

Beware!!! You will never see your rebate. Ordered and received my contact lens quickly. However, it's been 4 months and haven't seen a rebate. You will get the same answer, global supply chain delays. Buyer beware!! I will not order again.

Hi, I submitted my rebate request of $105 on July 13. I received an email confirmation that it was received and a link to check the status of the rebate. For the past 8 weeks it says it is processing and that there global supply chain delays. I received the contacts quickly and they are the quality expected but the delays in the rebate process seems excessive.
