AHS has been there when I needed them, they have fixed my washer and my roof after a wind storm. A big thumbs up from me.
This company not only saved me money, but was very helpful and painless process of filling a claim. I highly recommend them if you are a homeowner. I'm so happy I heard about them on the radio and when my dishwasher broke I had zero worry because I knew American Home Shield was there to protect and help me.
The technician was professional and actually arrived earlier than promised. His work was thorough and clean. Great experience !

There is nothing convenient about broken appliances, but AHS really made the process of getting our washer repaired/replaced less of a headache. They were more helpful then I expected, and while it took time, our washer is up and running. Plus I have a whole new confidence in their service!
I am new to AHS and the service so far has been exactly what I expected. Placing a service request is easy, response time for service has been within 24 to 36 hours, and the service received has been very good.
AHS is the worst company. I have been without a refrigerator since February 11th. Still waiting on the buy out check so o can buy me a refrigerator
I've had the service for about a year now. Very glad I selected AHS. My service calls, all have been easy to place. All the contactors (electric, A/C) have all be professional and has done an excellent service. So glad I selected AHS.
Not happy with service from Sears technician who did not show up the first day he/she was scheduled to repair refrigerator. I waited 6 1/2 hours, received two texts saying someone was on the way to my house, but no one showed up. After speaking to three different people at American Home Shield (the first two did nothing to help me), I managed to get another appointment with another company. I stayed on the line while the third lady scheduled the appointment. The second day a young man from another company did do the work. It was the first time I requested a repair for an appliance, and I was not impressed with the way it was handled.
Performed my first claim with AHS and was impressed with the service I received. The process from placing the claim to the contact from all involved was very professional.
