Garbage disposal improperly installed. Different tubes should have been used. Problem still unsolved.
I contacted American Home Shield because my roof was leaking in my family room due to heavy rains . I went on line and put in a request and received a call early the next morning . The technician arrived in the afternoon and corrected the issue. I was very happy with the service and response.
I called a little after 7 a.m. to report that my furnace fan was on but it did not fire up. I was notified around 8 minutes later by DeHart Plumbing and Heating that they were notified of my work order and could they come out in 20 minutes to check out my situation! At approximately 8:10 Blake arrived, diagnosed the problem, said he had to go get the part and would be back shortly. By 9:30 he was finished, I had a working furnace and he did an inspection on the furnace also before he left. Now that is Outstanding Product and Service!
The lady behind the phone wasn't speaking clearly, like she's in a deep well but otherwise was helpful and pleasant
I have been with this warranty since i bought my home. And their service and dedication is outstanding. Any issue was taken care of fast and easy. I recommend this company to all my friends who are buying homes
Fast turnaround from time we called AHS , to the time the technician called to setup appointment . Technician was very professional and had repairs made and clean-up completed in a very timely fashion ! Thank You again !

Our washer was old and couldn’t be fixed because the parts are hard to find, we were able to pick a comparable equivalent and no extra cost. Even before it came to that though, the technicians from the contractor and customer service at AHS was wonderful.
Awesome service! I’ve recently become a homeowner and have already has to use their service multiple times. They are swift to come take care of my needs for a decent price.
