Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

The technician from T&T Plumbing was professional and knowledgeable. He completed the job in a timely manner and was very thorough.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Have to go thur to much to try to get wht u feel is good for u. This is the second time I have had to call abt warranty on my appliances the first time was hot water heater took so long to get that situation I went and purchase my own, and now the refrigerator out they only wanted to give me 928$ to help replace it and I have a up right with freezer at the bottom. So I had to complain out that just to get a little more money. Not HAPPY with them at all.
Called in claim Monday night 11.27 re: furnace failure. Called repeatedly expressing the concern for a response as it was extremely cold in my area. I initially asked to contact a technician on my own and was denied until a 48 hour window passed. I called repeatedly expressing the danger of the extreme cold. While the representatives were courteous none would allow me to call contracted technicians on my own not personally help get a tech to my home. Finally, I took the reimbursement route and immediately was able to get my issue resolved BUT now it was on the 4TH DAY!!! And Now, I have to wait 30 days for reimbursement. Your representative was very cordial. He had a lot of information about the policy that I was looking at and answered all my questions that I had.
I would definitely recommend this company for fixing or replace the appliances. Some of the things that are covered I don't have but the rest of the things I do. They also have different plans for individuals who want to go a step up.
This company looks out for their clients and will help in any way.
