Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Great experience, they got people out next day . Service providers were knowledgeable and friendly.

The claim process was really easy to use. Really efficient online system.
The guys got here determined the problem and got a new ceiling fan and replaced the old one. All we paid was a $75 service fee. They purchased the new fan.
This is the worse home warranty company that I've ever had to deal with. My mother put in a request for a plumber on 8/17/2023 and a technician has not been assigned to go out and fix her issue. My mother is a senior citizen and she need to her kitchen sink.
An appointment was set for a technician to go to her home and it was cancelled twice. The technician told my mother this warranty company is hard to deal with and no longer meet their standards. They cut ties with Choice Home Warranty.
Two weeks later she's still waiting for them to send a tech out to her home. This is unexpectable service.
Wow this company is great.... Called with a repair that needed to be done... it was taken care of quickly!!
Techs were on time,polite, knowledgeable,friendly and informative. When they got the part of tbe ac unit, they showed to me and explained how it should work properly and what it was doing causing ac unit issues. Worked diligently and called back to office together approval to fix ASAP instead of submitting it and having to return .
It took 6 weeks to find a technician to fix our bathroom sink but it finally got fixed and the technician was very efficient very nice!
