Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

The technician was very considerate and friendly, and he did a great job. Although he was tied up with other jobs and it got late in the day, he still came all the way from Knoxville to fix my garbage disposal. He gave great service.
I am very pleased that this service is offered to veterans, spouses, active duty and other military members at this discount. I've never had a home warranty before but several family members have this home warranty and it seems to pay off. Looking forward to knowing I have this security for my home too.
I had to call four times to get the help I need.
Choice was quick to get tech out there and he was awesome. Dishwasher was not able to be repaired. Unfortunately they offer $346, I went through them and was raised to $591. At lowest the cheapest washer is $480. Not so happy as the broken one was a Bosch and at Lowe’s replacement was $899. So got a lower option replacement had to pay for install as choice doe not cover that cost. Not sure I will re-new this was part of me purchasing a house.

The serviceman was great...The office people is another story....That company I wouldn't want to use, for one, you have appointment and they don't show. You call and you heard some excuse, being home all day waiting and not getting a call saying things have change or delay. The long wait of even getting help for the problem you have is another. Wasn't happy with that concerning it was my air conditioner. 4 stars is for the workman and not the company. The company I rate a 2 1/2 stars.

Fastest service I've ever received. Besides being prompt, the technician was both professional and knowledgeable.
It took a month before you got a technician to my house because of ac problems. He diagnose the problem and said it was my compressor needed replacement. He call and sent you pics and before he could leave my house you denied my coverage. I followed your denial procedure and spoke with acase manager who automatically denied it again. Told me no other recourse. I ask to speak with his supervisor and he said that there was no one higher than him. I told him everyone has a boss. I will do everything I can to exploit the scam you have. My rating for you is-10. I'll contact the BBB next.
We have been a Choice Home Warranty customer for over 15 years and highly recommend them! Our latest issue was with our garbage disposal.
It "froze" up. I filed my claim on-line and the next day we were contacted by a local plumber. They were able to come out the same day and took care of our garbage disposal within about 20 minutes. He even showed us what to do if it ever happened again. We were very happy, as we have been over the past several years.
