Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I am very Disappointed with Select Home warranty. They lied about the services they provide to hook me to buy the warranty then when I needed them they told me they didnt cover my repair. My water tank broke and was leaking and they told me they do not cover leaks or pipes on a water tank. Really??? A water tank is going to leak it holds water. I was told everything is covered by Steve the salesman who sold me the policy. When the claim was denied I cancelled the warranty and they acted like they didnt care. They were just reading off a script someone provided them. I dont recommend them at all.

Select refuses to pay labor for a leaky kitchen faucet. They will pay to replace the washer like part. Rip off

They were unable to find someone in my area to schedule a service call, but provided the necessary authorization so I could have the work done. Great customer service, very prompt.

This is a great deal. Takes as long as any other Home Warranty. Good customer service on the phone and in person. They even covered the Pool parts!

The gentlemen I spoke to originally was very polite and helpful. I wasn’t sure my problem was structural or a roof leak. After a roofer determined it was a roof problem I called back and relayed the information. The gentlemen cound’t have been more helpful. Very pleased with this company. The last warranty company made me feel quilts the one time I needed them.

I was told when I purchased this warranty that the service would come out within 24 to 48 hours. it turns out that the technician will call me within 24 to 48 hours. Than an appointment will be made to come to my house. this is totally unacceptable. I have no hot water and I am looking at a possible 5 to 6 days, maybe longer, before someone will come out. my previous warranty would have a 48 hour window period. this is my first claim

My garbage disposal started make loud metal hitting noise, Had call to request service for garbage disposal that I had claimed almost 6 months ago and had it replaced new one. The select home warranty sent me a email in less than 10 minutes that they approved my claim. Let me feel It is very good home warranty company.
