Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Services is ok. At least they try to make every effort to correct the problem. If I may suggest, a better form of communication would make things more easier.

Used my warranty for the first time following a malfunction of my garage door opener. The service provider was prompt in responding and got to our home within 72 hours. Work was done well and for a reasonable fee.

Select signed me up with a platinum a few months back. Great appliance repair solution for a budget conscience person. We pay $400 a year and the service call fee is a little high at 65 bucks but we sitll find it very useful when making more than two repairs per year.

They have been very responsive for repairs in reference to my dish washer and my garage door opener. It was two different claims that were 5 months apart. On the dish washer parts were replaced and on the garage it was reoiled and unjammed.

I am inclined to believe the reviews are from the employees. I am forced to put a star, when Select Home Warranty does not deserve the one star. All managers eat lunch at the same time - and some don't get back until 5pm. What kind of business takes the paying customers money and turn around and tell the paying customer to do what Select Home Warranty is paid to do? Ingenious business SCAM. Not to mention the great customer service agent "Yvette" who doesn't want to say anything inappropriate over the phone" my guess, because it's being recorded.

worst company every. Most of the reviews are fake!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My Microwave/oven ($5000) went out on me. They got a tech within 24hrs and cost $125 for the fee. Took a month to get a response after numerous of phone calls to them to get a replacement of $95 reimburse . DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY ARE A SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always friendly on the phone when making claims and always give great companies to do the repair work. I am a 3 year customer going strong. Worth the $400 price to cover my appliances and other basics around the house.
