Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Select has helped my family on numerous occasions. From my dryer claim to my electrical outage-I have had nothing but pleasant experiences for over two years now and I would not change a thing about using them. Great company!

I started a claim just a week ago and they processed my claim to be completed on the 24th. The time was incredible! The service repair was a pretty easy replacement of my thermo and took about 20 minutes. I have nothing but good things to say about my claim.

Our home is 3 floors with two kitchens. Things break and we ordered a warranty because of this. Low and behold Select has been used twice in our two year plan. Both occasions have great results thanks in no small part to excellent service member. My hats off to you!

I ordered a Select warranty almost 4 years ago and am going to gladfully renew. They just finished up another sucessful job on an appliance. This time around it was my automatic hot water built into the sink. It stopped giving hot water. They had no issue replacing the thing with a brand new one they could supply.

Our gutters got clogged and needed emptying out. Select help us out and found us a roofer in the next town over. The worksmanship was warrantied and done really well.

Fixing my shower leak was done by a highly skilled plumber. It did not cost me anything and having this warranty is certainly something I recommend.

Somehow I had fan failure in my heat unit. The platinum warranty covered parts and labor on a new blade. I had to wait 4 days for them to find a replacement fan. It was a long time to wait in cold but beside that everything else was worth it especially knowing normally this would cost far more to do.
