Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Along my building I have a duct system. It was giving a bad smell and needed cleaning and repair. My claims team handled all necessary procedure to get my repair done. In total time it took four days. I am impressed with the overall completion.

I felt stranded every time my appliances had a failure. A good friend had a Select service plan and I gave it a try for the low monthly fee. It has been 3 months now and I am satisfied with the work for hire they give and I am glad I was given this recommendation.

Generous with claims requests! They swapped out an old washing machine that had a motor failure with a brand new one! I paid $399 for a warranty and the new unit covered the whole cost! Highly recommend!

I signed a policy with select home warranty. Two months ago I had a problem with my LG dishwasher not completing the wash sickle, I filed a claim and after 3 days they send someone to check it. He came did some work on it couldn’t find the problem and told me to call him back if the dishwasher does the same problem again. The dishwasher kept doing the same problem ( error code OE & FE ). I called him back he didn’t answer, I texted him he answered me he is out of town and will call me when he comes back. He didn’t call back and didn’t answer my calls and texts.
