Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

We just switched over to Select Home Warranty from another policy that came with our new house. The other policy didn’t always have a provider readily available and could take several days to get back to us with a contact. The other policy was considerably more expensive and didn’t cover any more than Select Home Warranty, which also allows us to select our own contractors as long as they are accredited.

I was under the impression that covering all appliances and systems can be very expensive. Then I decided to try Select because of the affordable coverage. You could save a lot by going to this company. I was even given free months of service. I got the Platinum and so far so good. Got issues with garbage disposal, plumbing and recently my water heater broke down. All was taken care of. I couldn't be any happier. Great!

I have high expectations for service industries because it is important that you are responsive. Needless to say that I paid for the highest term off the service. I filed a claim with Select home Warranty for my leaking toilet and they handled it really well. I’ve had about 5 claims now and all of them were handled well. This company has been really a great help for me and I am grateful for Select Home services.

Thank you for the service you offer. I've bee with Select Home Warranty for 3 years now and when needed they have distanced themselves from other major warranty providers I've used. A definite recommend for price and consistency when meeting my home warranty needs.
