Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Kevin was great and very Professional. He advised on all of the plans that were available and signed me up in now time. I live in California but just purchase a house in Florida and Kevin had no problems initiating the Home Warranty Contract for my Florida Home. he advised that the Contract would take affect on Jun 10, 2018 and if anything should happen I certainly could cancel the contract anytime before Jun 10th. Great experience.

This is my second year with Select Home Warranty and I can say overall does a good job. They are very reliable, and I’m giving a thumbs up to everyone from their Sales especially to Belinda for introducing this Home Warranty to me, to the friendly Customer Service and for their awesome Contractor. They are affordable and don’t have high deductible. Will give 100% recommendation.

I have been with Select Home Warranty for 5 years. And it is the longest time I ever had with a home warranty. I kept renewing with SHW year after year because they have not given me any reason not to renew. They have been reliable no matter what time or day of the year. Their customer service has been polite and patient. Their contractors were wonderful and skillful. Definitely, I have no reason to change my home warranty company.
