Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

People that Select Home have sent have shown me their license number and credentials and I checked online and it was valid. They have sent me good repair people and I am happy to be a client or theirs after my dealings.

I wish that I knew about then when I had my first leak last December. I had to pay $800 out of pocket then. Fast forward a year and the same leak opened again. They found me a better roofer in my area who completely repaired my roof and it's been good for months. They also ensure I don't get screwed by a bad contractor like I did. Thank you for standing with this customer!

The man who came out from my warranty with Select's department was very helpful and completed job in under an hour. This problem was completed on the first visit and I was concerned it would take more. SHW you really know your contractors well.

I ordered my original gold plan several years back and since then have upgraded to a platinum plan because of how reliable they have been with all my issues such as the stove leaking gas. They knew it was an emergency helped me shut the gas and got me someone same day!

They are probably one of the best company i have dealt with till this date. My positive experience echos from my co worker who recommended them to me. When I had a Garbage drain problem they sent out a friendly contractor and he was fantastic.

Air conditioner was on the fritz and the unit was stopping working. It stopped the cool down of the house and I called Select Home Warranty. The operator on the line was freindly and setup an appointment rather hastily and came in to fix it.

We truly enjoy how the staff members treated us! The same day service was unexpected and Select Home warranty should really be given props for this. I don't know how my roof got a leak when its pretty knew, but the insurance type service they have really came in handy.

The experience was low hassle and I appreciate that this was the case. I made only a single claim online and I was promised a technician and it was delivered. I liked how courteous and on time he was and how he thought to the future and explained issue I could have.

i was told they would allow me to choose a contractor in my area and they would call to negotiate pricing and services for my Fridge repair. after i found my friend Troy Appliances they called and they agreed on a price and he then came. The repair was done superbly.
