Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Not all things were right with my Septic system and I had to call up the claims department to handle my request. The septic system is a messy affair but the repair technician was an expert and was able to set it right with ease. The service provided by Select is exemplary.

The AC that came along with the new house looked to be breathing its last. The home warranty company sent the technician to check the actual status. He tried his hands at the repairs and finally recommended replacement. The cheque arrived from the company the next day. I call that efficiency.

I bought a new house coupled with Select home warranty but with some issues in the plumbing system. The claims department was considerate enough to allow an expert plumber to have a look at the plumbing. For under $50 I was able to get some changes done to my liking. Thanks Select.

My oven didn't bake and I had to postpone my cake. I called Nick and he explained that he had the oven covered under the Select Home Warranty. The claims sent the electrician the very next day and he replaced the heating element. By 11 AM I was baking my cake. Wow that was fast! Select is highly recommended.

With the winters in mind I checked the water heater and found it not working. Thank God that my Select Home Warranty was in force and I could get it repaired within 3 days. My annual contract helps me to be ready for the future.

My sons are very rough with the toilet flushing and what they put into it. They clogged the drain with I don’t know what.. Fortunately my platinum care plan covered the damage they made. Thanks Selects Services

It would have cost me $1500 to replace my broken down fridge. Thankfully my home warranty covered a brand new replacement when it died 3 months back. I paid up front for a replacement and after a month I received a reimbursement check of $1200.

So far 3 years- 4 claims and never a problem with Select. Claims has always been patient and the contractors sent have been nothing short then great. I always tell my friends about these people. Two of my friends signed up and also have had good experiences.
