Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I had recently filed an a/c claim with Select Home Warranty. My a/c claim was processed as quickly as possible and a technician was sent to my home to diagnose and make repairs. The entire process was very smooth and ended in a favorable and positive outcome.

My dishwasher was not draining properly. I called Select Home Warranty and filed a claim. The next morning a contractor was at my home fixing the draining issue. The service was impressive. I highly recommend the warranty from Select Home Warranty.

I have this warranty on my home and three rental properties. It takes forever to get someone out to look at the problem, then after that the review process takes much longer than they tell you on the phone. Last two service calls - a dishwasher that wasn't drying the dishes - took a week to resolve and after paying the service fee - the result was FINALLY - they would give me $100 to replace. I replaced - submitted info on line with receipt they got it. Followed up a month later to see where check was - that was 25 days ago and still haven't received. This time - AC unit - takes a week - then they tell me after 4 calls and 5 days after tech has been to my house it's not covered -... Read More

Excellent service. A contractor was hired to repair the stove when it was not heating up properly. The technician had to replace part in the stove that was no longer working and got the approval from SHW the same day. Everything was handled as quickly as possible and the process was very smooth. Great customer service by all.

My dryer claim was processed and handled very fast. The contractor repaired the dryer the same day he came out to my house. He was professional the entire time he was in my home and he explained everything that he was doing. So happy I chose Select.

I filed a roof claim with Select Home Warranty and my claim was handled very professionally and without any issues or concerns. A roofer was dispatched to my home who assessed the damages. He called Select Home Warranty while at my home and obtained approval to proceed with repairs. The roofer came back an hour later with the necessary supplies and parts and repaired the small leak we had. I was very impressed with how quickly my claim and services were handled.
