Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Do not purchase! I tried to put in a claim 1st time & every time I called it was someone different who barley understood English, they expect you have maintenance records on everything before they approve! I was placed on hold for long periods of time and was transferred to all kinds of people, I cancelled that day, only had for 30 days and would NEVER recommend to my worst enemy...

When I contacted this company to purchase a home warranty, I was given information over the phone that turned out to be nothing like what was actually in the contract. The price was twice what I was quoted. They charged my credit card before I even accepted the contract and now I'm having trouble getting them to cancel it and return my payment. I spoke with a supervisor today and he made no apologies. I have since gone with another company and they don't start charging until after your 30 day waiting period and the contract is exactly as promised. Better prices too.

The technician who was hired by Select to repair the washing machine was very professional. My repairs were approved and completed within a very reasonable amount of time. Select Home Warranty took the time to explain the claims process and how the approval system worked. I was overall very satisfied with the service. 5 stars.

Select Home Warranty sent a contractor to the apartment to repair the dishwasher. The contractor arrived on time and repairs were completed as soon as the parts came in. The overall service was very easy. I recommend Select Home Warranty.

My freezer / fridge just out of the blue stopped. I just did my food shopping . I called SHW in a panic. The gentlemen calmed me down and sent a tech by the night time. He repaired the issue super

My pool machine wasn't working. I didn't want to play around with it. So I called SHW and made sure i have the pool coverage. Once they confirmed it we filed a claim. and with in 48 hours a pool company came and turned it back on

my plumbing thru out the house seemed very faint. Every time someone would flush it would take awhile for the flushing noise to stop and when someone washed there hands there was basically no pressure. I called select and ask to send someone over. They came the following day around noon and replaced a pipe.
