Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Total rip off...select warranty Well now missed a payment or late you will received a phone call every day twice a day BUT file a claim and here start the nightmare on helm street. 1. File a claim for a roof leak after weeks of waiting told me they could not find a roofer to come to hire one myself aand billed them for the estimate after I Pay... now I live in Miami Fl Where roofers are a dime a dozen... After 2 weeks of waiting : 2. I file a claim for a Dacor microwave a $1500 unit high line not working 2009 ... now it is too old they will give me $100 to replace it. 3. I file another claim for a Dacor Range 2009 unit cost $3900 new. One burner not working paid them $60 for a... Read More

A total rip off. No service just Jibber Jabber. Their "Guy" tried to sell me a new "Card" for $400.00. Was without furnace for 5 days. Called in Nicor Gas rep. A 20 min. FREE adjustment and all is well. They are all so concerned with the "Unhoppy Customer".........NOT!!! Ongoing "Discussions" for some sort of compensation. Butch Illinois
