Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I shopped around and found Select Home to provide the best coverage and lowest cost. I spoke to Ray. He was very helpful and courteous, and he made sure I understood the plan and was receiving the best value.

Peter Griffin was my sales agent. He explained the differences in the policies and answered my questions. I wanted a more comprehensive policy and I went with the platinum package. Peter matched the online promotion and made sure that I understood the charge amount and the plan. Overall the process was very easy and I will probably refer friends to Select Home. Its a great plan/coverage for the money

Several times he had to backtrack to help me understand what was being transmitted. He patiently spelled out several things to help me understand which I found was very professional of him and well appreciated. I won't fail to let others know the excellent treatment I received.
