The results I got were good and this is a much cheaper solution than what I was quoted for Invisalign. That being said, their customer service is terrible and no one told me that I could adjust the treatment plan before I purchased. Had I known this, I would have only purchased aligners for my bottom teeth. Any time I’ve had to reach out their customer service is sub-par. The product works though and my bottom teeth look much better than before!

I chose Byte because they provide a high level of care by orthodontists without requiring in-office follow-ups, which would have been difficult to coordinate with my work schedule. I would especially recommend Byte to anyone looking to avoid braces and/or frequent in-office visits. So far my Byte experience has been positive, and I am beginning to see some real results!

I am on aligner set 10 right now and I absolutely love the way it's made my smile look so far. I started the treatment process due to a significant gap between my two front teeth, after 10 weeks it is barely noticeable when I take my aligners out!

I would recommend Byte if you have minor misalignment. It was super convenient to do impressions and send them back. I LOVE that there was a night only option because my work is such that it would be inconvenient to wear them all day. I wasn’t able to get my insurance to pay but set up a monthly interest free plan which makes it much more affordable. The night ones are more expensive for some reason so you trade price for convenience. The Hyper Byte vibrating device helps with any discomfort which I really only feel during the first moments after switching aligners.
