Byte has been awesome and has delivered great results so far! I'm only about halfway through with my treatment plan, but the pain has been so minimal, if any, and the fit of the aligners is perfect! Each week when I switch them out I see results within days. I can't wait to see how the end result turns out! One con I will say, though, is their customer service team has not been the best. They messed up my payment and so decided to credit me (which is great) but the credit took nearly two months and CONSTANT follow up with their communications team. Everyone kept re-directing me to someone else. It felt like they were purposely dodging me to try and get out of the refund they promised.... Read More

From the very beginning of my journey, customer service has been on their game! The communication is very constant and they make you feel welcomed and like they really care. My advisor and the care team are truly the best! I am currently awaiting my last set. So far my teeth are looking very good!

Just getting started. My “on-boarding” experience had been quite pleasant. All my questions were answered. Byte made the process quite easy. I followed the directions for impressions and return. There’s even a digital log to keep track of my order. No wondering here!

Byte is so easy to use and the customer service is great. They constantly check in on you and your progress and I love it. Getting started was super easy and the video instructions really help when taking your impressions. By far the best experience with braces and this is my 3rd time.

Amazingly seamless process with INCREDIBLE RESULTS!! After 6 weeks, I was totally blown away at the progress! I'm on week 13 of 15, and my teeth are straight and whiter than I could have imagined. I've definitely inspired many of my friends to sign up for their byte aligners. BRAVO!

I have been using Byte for 5 weeks now. The process has been extremely easy and communication has been great from the impressions to receiving my aligners! My aligners have fit perfect every week and my teeth are clearly moving as they should! I would definitely recommend byte to anyone looking to straighten their teeth! My aligners fit comfortably and the foam cleaner they give you to put in them also whitens you’re teeth! Everything has been so convenient, I wished I would have done it sooner! I only have to wear mine 17 weeks!!

I am so happy with my treatment so far. I am 15 weeks in on my 26 week treatment and my teeth look and feel so good. My husband can’t believe how much they’ve changed in what feels like a short amount of time. Sometimes the first day or 2 of an aligners is tighter than others but it’s never too bad and you get totally used to it by day 3 or 4 of the week. The very first aligner is the worst so once you get through that initial pain it’s much smoother. The aligners themselves are very clear and thin (I have daytime ones) and they don’t make me talk differently at all.
