Byte has a very easy to use at home system for taking and submitting impressions, with clear, detailed instructions. The aligners come neatly packaged, and them Hyperbite is comfortable and easy to use. I give the system 4 stars because my 15 week treatment has turned into 30 weeks. The initial aligners did not straighten my teeth as original promised in 15 weeks, and I had to repeat the impression process and wait another 2 months from beginning to end for my new set of aligners. I think this process should be expedited for clients currently undergoing treatment. I had to wear the same pair of aligners for 7 weeks while waiting for my new treatment set to arrive. So far so good! I am about 11 weeks into my treatment and I am super happy so far! I shopped around all the major aligner companies and in the end decided on Byte bc of their reviews and quick responsiveness. Getting started was super easy and I received my aligners quickly. After about 3 weeks I could literally feel my teeth moving! I chose the night time aligner option bc it worked better for my lifestyle, and it has been very easy. It's super easy to get aligners for your teeth. Avoid lots of trips to the dentist. And the email customer service is good and easy to reach. But I except a shorter responding time. Like real-time chat. I am now dealing with unsatisfied result situation. The cs team handles it well and I am continuing my journey to get teeth straight.
