Byte is such a wonderful company, and so affordable. I never thought I would actually have straight teeth again and only on week 9, here I am with people noticing my smile is different!! I have 15 weeks total and it’s flown by. So easy to wear and the byte team is amazing.

For the price of the aligners, the service matches. Naturally for a fraction of the cost, you won’t get the same service that you would when going through an orthodontist. For me, price was the selling point so I went with byte. There are some great things about the company. Your first round with aligners and customer experience will be incredible. However, due to their lack of communication about air gaps/halos and tracking, you might need a refinement (2nd set) of aligners. This is common in all aligner companies, but what isn’t common is the change in experience from your 1st time (when they want you to buy!) vs your 2nd (when they have your money). This was the best decision that I have made for myself in a long time. I have extreme crowding on my lower teeth. I have been told by my dentist that I would need Invisalign to correct it and it’s a better for my health as the crowding would lead to the inability to clean properly (floss and brush) and could lead to bone loss. Well after getting bamboozled by my dentist and getting a scan for Invisalign they told me it’s $5k! So I took to the internet and found a few companies that offer the same type of thing for less. Whoever reading this.... DO NOT GO FOR BYTE !!! The aligners are super shady and omg don't go through what I went... pay more but go for better brands!! it was a horrible experience for me... they will do anything to make you buy the plan and they will send you aligners beyond shady and that's your gum and teeth we are talking about... the damage will be irreversible!! once they sold the plan they will disappear and go for next naïve person to haunt! And all the claims about refunding is a lie! I know you will say what about the good reviews.... Most of them are fake!!!

As we know each treatment is different, we do our best not to bug while you are adjusting- although you will see we reach out nearly every week with tips, tricks, updates, and check in's via email to ensure you're staying on track- and in case you do not see any, our clinical team is on standby and ready to assist! Our aligners are made in a dental lab with extensive care to ensure they are perfect for you- if there are ever any issues, please reach out to us right away so that we can address this and correct them right away! As for our reviews- we are very lucky to have genuine and thorough reviews from actual customers. We never provide fake reviews- working on your teeth is an investment, and your trust in us is the beginning of that. Please reach out to us if you are having issues with your aligners.
Aligners are much easier to use than I initially believed. I'm not done with my program yet but it's looking good so far!

I'm now on week 5 of my Byte treatment and I have nothing but positive feedback around the procedure. From the impressions, to the 3D plan, and to my early results, everything is working just as advertised. I already feel my teeth and bite slowly correcting itself after years of not wearing retainers after braces.

I ordered the impression kit, made my impressions & sent them off, got my treatment plan and then I just froze for months! I was so worried about what if they didn’t fit, or what if I would see no difference despite the obvious changes set forth in my treatment plan! FINALLY I bit the bullet and ordered them on a whim and I’m SO glad I did! Each aligner set has fit like a perfect glove when I go into the next week!
