I have been with Bay Alarm for less than a month. I did my due diligence in advance and BA came out on top. They answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally. I was considering signing up for a year to take advantage to the better rate. My BA advisor suggested I consider month to month initially and then convert to the annual plan when I was sure I would be happy. That sold me! I received the equipment in days and it took me less than 30 min. to set it up. As soon as I pressed the alarm button for test, a polite operator came on and made sure everything was okay. I highly recommend this company!
My mother has worn her fall detection necklace now for a year. She feels so secure knowing it is always available & feel great with the fabulous response time when she presses the button, or the fall detection is activated. The people who come over the speaker to assist are always professional and helpful. They call both me and my sister's home or cell phones and give us a detailed report of what's going on. We feel this is a top-notch system!!
For those complaining about not getting refunds for unused months, they tell you up front there are no refunds for months not used if cancelled. That's why the encourage new customers to take a small package initially. I am very satisfied with the program and service. My mother has not yet used it but we have comfort in knowing it is there if needed. I highly recommend this service!!
I have to say that Bay Alarm is the "Best" they were there for my mother that passed away this year, the service was beyond excellent.......we could always depend on there service ...thank you again for being there .......George M
My mother and Aunt both have one and my Mom fell. She pushed her button and the paramedics sang your praises. They said they knew where the key was, where my Mom was, where her med list was. You also called my Brother. Good job guys
We got this system for my mother-in-law after my father-in-law passed and it has provided all of us with peace of mind. Then when my mom requested this an alert system after my dad died, it was a "no brainer" to get the same system for her. The price is right, it works great & the customer service is wonderful.
Bay Alarm is great. People nice. Instant help. Considerate. Only in 70 s but wanted to get before really had dire need. One of us has fall protection ONE only has wrist model. Both five star plus. Thanks
We love bay alarm, for the last 3 years you have been a God send. We fortunately have never needed you for an emergency but just knowing you are there for my mom makes me feel very comfortable about leaving her home alone. She loves pushing her button once a month to test her equipment she likes to talk to the very compassionate employees. Their response time is amazing thank you so much for easing my concerns for leaving her home alone....

I contacted Bay Medical last week because my mother-in-law called to say she lost her bracelet. You sent one out quickly as she lives alone. Fortunately the bracelet was found and so we returned the package right away. Today I talked to CS and they said they would process a refund as soon as the package gets back to you. I appreciate the good customer service.
I got the Bay Alarm Medical system for my 85 year old mother. It has given my sisters and I peace of mind to know that if she needs help she can quickly get it. She has had her alarm go off twice. Once when her cat caused it to go off and once when she accidently caused it to go off. Both times, Bay Alarm promptly responded. Thank you.
