Great customer service and support. Answer emergency calls in a timely manner.
I am new to Bay Alarm Medical Alert (about 3 weeks). So far I am very pleased with their service. Once, in error, I pressed the emergency button and someone at Bay Alarm immediately got back to me to see what the emergency was and to help. We also tested the new base unit once and again, the response was immediate. I have no doubt that if/when an emergency happens, Bay Alarm will be immediately there to help. I have also been very pleased with the customer service I received when I called with a concern. The representative was very courteous and prompt in addressing my concern.

Being a recent subscriber I have been very pleased with your service. Just the other day there was a two hour power outage in our area. Shortly after it hit, I received a phone call from Bay Alarm Medical checking to see if I was all right. Not only was that impressive to me but very comforting. Thank you!
I think this company fulfills a basic medical need for people with special problems. i live alone safely because i always have help at my fingertip. At the age of seventy five i live with the possibility i may need help everyday.
I signed up for your service and when I received my lock box with a predetermined code. The lock box would not open. The person on the phone tried to help me but it still wouldn`t open! They had to mail me another lock box. My compliant is I have to pay to return the lock!! What kind of company makes a mistake and the customer has to pay for it?? Seems like terrible customer relationship. If this is an indication of your service I won`t be with you for long!!
After extensive research,I am very pleased with my choice to go through Bay Alarm Medical for my 88 year old Mom's emergency response system. From my experience with my customer service rep Rachel,who graciously took the time to answer my many questions,helping me choose the right equipment and plan to best meet my moms needs,to the prompt delivery time,and the quick and easy set up and testing of the equipment, I thank you for the peace of mind this brings to me and my mom! :)
Life Saver! I recently had this service set up for my 86 year old father who lives alone in another state. He is becoming unsteady on his feet and has fallen a few times, and when he does he cant get back up. He was reluctant to wear the device and was really not taken on the idea of it around his neck or wrist. A couple of weeks ago he fell while in the bathroom and couldn't get up. He didn't know what to do. He remembered the device around his neck, pushed the button and within a few minutes paramedics were there, they accessed the key from the lock box and got my dad up and checked him out. Company was very professional and offers a great product...unfortunately our plans changed and we needed to cancel the service...but customer service took care of everything we needed to cancel.
I purchased Bay Alarm for my elderly mother who lives by herself. Although she is independent, this service has been a comfort knowing if she were to get hurt, she is only a push away to emergency help. Recently she thought she lost her pendent and she was very anxious to receive her new pendent. I must say, I thought the time it took to receive the pendent was way to long. I would have thought it would have been shipped two day or overnight. Other than this., it has been a good service and I recommend this service.
I am 94 years old (will be 95 Jan.13th) and have had my Bay alarm medical alert, for several months now, and fortunately have not had to use it. I live alone, but now I feel much safer knowing that help is near if I need it. I actually feel that I no longer am alone, that I have my own personal guardian angel around my neck. Thanks for making me feel safe.
