I am finally comfortable with my mom being alone after she took a couple of falls prior to having her alert system. I only wish there were a speaker device on the button that she wears around her neck so that if she fell outside or somewhere else out of range she would have contact with Bay

It works. I had a stroke but didn't know it until I tried to get up and couldn't. I pushed the button on my lavelier and everyone came running. I wear it all the time now and feel safe and confident, especially in the shower. My only concern is that the alarm goes off too easily --like false alarms when I bump it. I also have a wrist alarm but that caused false alarms more frequently. Well, at least so far I haven't had to make test calls.

From my first contact with Bay throughout this six months the attention to my needs and questions have all been addressed with professionalism. I particularly appreciate the personal feeling as if I was the only customer. Highly recommend to everyone.

Every step in the process of becoming a customer of Bay Alarm Medical was straightforward, simple and stress-free. Exemplary customer service has responded efficiently and accurately to my inquiries, and initial set-up and testing of the service was easy. On the one occasion that I pressed the “help” button by mistake, the system responded quickly, the operator was thorough in ensuring that I did not in fact need help, and was gracious about my error, putting me at ease. My experience with Bay Alarm Medical to date has been great, prompting me recently to switch from the quarterly plan to a semiannual plan.

System is super easy to install and confirm hookup. Had ordered bracelet but decided necklace would be better. When I called in, customer service was very bellyful and was able to exchange without a problem. Would recommend it to anyone.

I am very happy with Bay alarm, they are very reasonably priced as well as they answer as soon as my mother pushes her button and they are very happy always to help out in any way they can. I recommend them to anyone who needs a lifeline for their elderly or disabled family members. They have given our family a great deal of peace in our minds and souls. Thanks so much Bay alarm

My mother is very pleased with her Bay Alert system. Occasionally it goes off accidentally, but she is able to hit the reset button before someone answers the call. I told her that this was good as then we know it is working. She has no complaints and wears the necklace all the time.

Firstly, your incentive for filling this out is so cheap. Secondly, I don't like the fact that the button activates the system without my expressly pressing it. This coupled with the fact that I can't be heard by the device from anywhere in my house except a 5 foot radius around the device means i am being called upon to visit the device each time it is accidentally activated. This is especially maddening when I am in bed, sleeping. I have to get out of my warm bed and stand in the cold near the device. I also do not like the list of questions i have to answer beyond what is necessary to stop the paramedics from being called. Specifically, why do you need to ask if i live in the same... Read More
