We tried to sign my grandmother up for this program. She resisted as was expected. We paid for the service for 2 years. But we never connected the service. When we finally did try to connect the box to the wall it was not working. We contacted the company. They would not accept any responsibility for the box not working. A replacement box would be $200. They said if I wanted I could return the original box to see what happened and if could it be repaired. I paid the fee and and returned box They never contacted me regarding the original box. I did receive the new box but before I installed the new box I called to ask what happened the original box. They insisted thst we just broke it. I... Read More

I checked out many other options before I choose Bay Alarm to protect my father. He has accidently hit the button and someone comes on immediately to check on him so I feel confident knowing they are there for him whenever he might need them. I am very grateful to have found Bay Alarm to help keep my father safe whenever he is at home. It is very comforting to know that I can depend of them and not have to constantly worry about his safety.

Everyone I have spoken with has been knowledgeable, polite, and handled my issue very efficiently. When I needed an ambulance it arrived very quickly. I am very happy with service received thru Bay Alarm Medical.

I doubt very much that Bay Alarm Medical wants my review. After the better part of four years with the company, the whole thing ended badly. When I noticed the Bay Alarm Medical base unit was not functioning on August 4th, I promptly called the company to report the problem. I was transferred to the technical help department, and the individual I spoke with instructed me to try plugging it in several different locations in the room where it was situated. And then, after it failed to respond, she instructed me to plug it into an outlet in another room. Got a landline unit for my mother who is in her 80,s .and lives alone..she is very happy to have peace of mind knowing help is just a button away..only used it once in the 3yrs we.ve had it when she fell in bathtub...great response ...quickly getting her call list done..just that one time made it worth every cent. Just switched to cellular unit and I know it will work just as good. My family could not be happier with this company and recommend it to everyone. There us truly no way to put a price on her independence at this age but the medical alert system does give her that extra security she needs. Thanks Family of Maye Connor

Horrible customer service and automatically charged my credit card for renewal. I was given the wrong time frame and price by the salesperson initially, which I feel is a terribly deceptive business practice. Thankfully I am NOT elderly and was helping an elderly widow. I paid the extra money and returned the device immediately. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company EVER. They are sketchy.
