We found the equipment provided by Bay Alarm Medical to be fairly easy to install. Not too long after we installed it, we had new carpet put in our whole house, So we had to disconnect the unit and re-install it in a different location. It worked just fine. Late in September I fell and activated the system. Although I was in the farthest part of the house, the alarm worked beautifully. Your operator could not hear me when he asked if I was hurt, but he contacted our local 911 system and alerted them to my need. He then called my husband and told him what had happened. Excellent customer service and friendly staff
When my mother fell a couple of times in the last month. She pressed the alarm for help. Help arrived within 5 minutes. my sisters and mother love the system.

My sons decided that since I lived alone and now had a cancer diagnosis, it would be calming for all if I had an alert system. One son, a great researcher, said Bay Alarm Medical had very high ratings. I finally decided to place an order, found the staff person who helped me very patient and clear in his explanations; the order arrived in a timely manner with clear instructions. I added a warrantee later on which also came timely. As I planned the placement of the system I had several questions which were answered on line or by phone in a professional manner. Thank heavens I have not had a emergency while I have had my alarm. But once I set it off accidentally, and was amazed at the fast response from our fire department and EMTs. Then I got the number of emergency dispatch so I could cancel an accidental bump! How great to have a feeling of security 24/7.
Thank you Bay Alarm Medical Alert!!! My father has used this service (finally!) since February 2016 while living alone for years. After additional falls he moved in with us in March 2016. The end of October 2016 he fell again, very early in the morning, was knocked unconscious and not breathing. His bedroom door was closed and I didn't even hear him fall from my bedroom. Luckily Bay Alarm Medical called me after there wasn't any response received from him over the unit. That is when I ran to his bedroom and found him. The automatic fall detection works! I'm very pleased with Bay Alarm Medical. I got this for my mom after she had a bad fall back in June. She was in a hospital for 2 months and I knew that she needed this. It was very easy to set-up and on the few occasions that she has accidentally bumped her lanyard, they were very quick to respond. The power was turned off the other day in her senior apt. complex and Bay Alarm notified me immediately that her alarm box was not on. Very helpful! I feel good knowing that Mom has an emergency system like this! I highly recommend them!
Bay Alarm Medical Alert takes stress out of my life by knowing if my elderly mother needs immediate help she is just a push of the button away and help will be available.
I'm very pleased with the Bay Alarm medical Alert System! We got one for my mother who is 86 years old and still independent, living at home. On more than one occasion she was contacted via the system to inquire if she was okay. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. We feel so relieved that she has her alert system!
