I have had the services of Bay Alarm Medical Alert for several years. While I have never needed emergency help, I have accidentally alerted the service several times. Each time someone responds immediately with care in his/her voice and I explain what happened (with embarrassment). They are always nice to me. I am sure that I would get excellent service if I REALLY needed them. Lynn Harlan

Signed my 93-year-old mother up for a Bay Alert pendant. They were upfront, professional yet friendly & helpful when I first spoke to them, when I called to order, and while setting up the system. The price was good and delivery was quick. Set up was easy and Mom likes the size & comfort. Service was extremely fast when she accidentely set off the alarm. The pendant neckpiece did not last but bought new one very cheaply at local JoAnn Fabric. Hopefully we won't ever need this service, but it's good to know that it's there for my mother who lives alone and wants to remain independent. Thank you Bay Alert!

I got Bay Alarm alert after a serious scare and so far I have never needed to use it for an actual emergency. I do test it ever month or so, and the response time is always great -- less than one minute. The "pendant" is so comfortable sometimes I forget to take it off until I'm in my car going out for the evening. The button works even if I take a shower with it and the wonderful people at Bay Alarm even replaced the pendant at no charge after I forgot I had it on and went for a swim.

Bay Alarm has given me the peace of mind that I needed to stay in my home after my husband died. I have set off the alarm by accident several times and they have responded immediately. The operators have been very polite. I recommended them to a friend and she has been very pleases with them.

The representative I spoke with was very helpful in answering my questions regarding ordering and set up. Completed online form to order which was quite simple. Unit arrived quickly and set up was easy. I believed I had order the additional fall detection but not in the box. I called and was told not on the order but they would ship it that day and after I requested they waived the shipping fee! Although the fall detection pendant came without any setup directions after a quick call I received an email with detailed set up directions. Connection/Communication quality is very poor. It is extremely difficult to understand the representative over the device. Am planning on switching to a different provider after the contract period is up.
