The Bay Alarm Medical Alert system provides peace of mind knowing that any needed help is provided with an easy call. Having the GPS option allows for independent activities anywhere outside the home - a great option! Staff are professional, courteous, and friendly. This entire system is top rate.
First, we have not used the emergency button yet. But, I am confident that if something happened, I know my mother will be safe. The price is worth mentioning. Great value.Thanks!
We bought a medical alert necklace for my mother. I am very impressed with the customer service! I received helpful advice when ordering and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. We have tested the device several times and received immediate response. Customer service is professional and very friendly. We feel much better knowing that my mother, who lives alone, needs only to press a button for help to be on its way.
We are about 3 months in and are very pleased with the service so far. This was purchased for my mother who lives alone. I was happy to hear that when she needed to turn off power due to an electrical problem she received an inquiry as to her well being through the service. This was a nice bonus which we did not expect.
In changing the modem for my computer, the alarm became disengaged; I wasn't aware til a "check alarm" came thru telling me to respond by activating my necklace. Obviously it didn't, and my contact numbers were notified....I even asked the tech what about the "red" light asking to check phone..his response was because electricity had been off the light would be displayed...WRONG. Upon contacting your agent, she kindly walked me thru the process to re-establish as it had been hooked-up wrong and I actually was without service for approx. 2 weeks. Thank goodness I didn't need assistance during that period.
So far so good. We should test it every so often, but keep getting side tracked. I think we need a phone reminder once in a while.
Two of my children are paying for my Bay Alarm, thankfully. So far I have pushed the button THREE times! The ambulance comes very quickly and gets my to the ER here in Rochester, MN.
I never take the alarm button off, even wearing it at night. I am thankful to have it and the quick response of the Bay Alarm team.

Had Bay Alarm Medical Alert for over a year now. It gives me a great feeling of security 24 hours a day. I feel I made a great choice in this system. I highly recommend Bay Alarm.
The equipment works really well and the response time is great.
My elderly aunt fortunately has not had a reason to use it yet, but was very satisfied with the initial dealings with Bay Alarm. Also another family member has had the system for quite some time and
has had incidents more than once and Bay Alarm had responded promptly and handled the situation
well. That experience is what prompted me to choose them when I was researching different companies for my aunt. I would recommend to anyone looking for this type of protection.
