We are so happy with your services, thank you for being there for Ursula when we are working.
Provided excellent coverage and response time
We have been customers for going on 3 years. When I had a problem setting up the system, the answer was a phone call away. Only once have we had to use their service and I was quite satisfied in their response time. 5 stars for sure.
Overall Bay Alarm Medical alert is great service. They got help to my mother as soon as she needed it,
My Bay Alarm has already saved my life. I have Parkinsons and lost my balance and fell. I couldn't get up and I pressed the medallion I wear around my neck at all times. Although I was a distance from the base, Bay heeded my call for help and notified family and responders who arrived immediately to assist me. I call them my angels. I don't know how long I would have been on the floor before someone found me as I live alone. Thank God for Bay Alarm. I feel safe and connected now in an emergency.
I have used Bay alarm twice this month and they have been professional, quick and thorough in their service
