Responds quickly and paramedics arrive quickly.
I have had my bay alarm medical alert for about a year I think. I have had to use it to get help several times when I have fell. I have multiple myeloma and I am weak and get dizzy at times. This medical alert makes me feel much safer from injury from falls and safer living alone. I have relatives that live fairly close but sometimes you can't get up and get a phone to call for help. I have had the operator call family members for me several times. If she can't get them, she automatically gets EMS to come, and that has happened several times also. I have had this medical alert less than a month but have no complaints.
This is a great company. We have them for my 92-year-old mom and they have been very diligent about helping keep her safe at home.
I picks Bay because they advertised multi-lingual support in the call center (my mother speaks Russian). That turned out not to be the case, in a few instances she spoke with operators and pointedly asked for Russian-speaking ones, none were available/offered. I cancelled the service after less than a year.
I really like the GPS version, it connects fast and very nice helpful people on the other end making sure you're doing ok.
Fortunately, I have not had an emergency where I had to use it. However, a few days ago, I accidentally pressed the button and in less than a minute, Bay Alarm contacted me me and asked if I was okay. I think that'sgreat service.

Excellent customer service and setup was so easy. It is so good to know that my adopted mom, my neighbor, has a safety net!!
Would not recommend using this Company, We cancelled the account because of the loved one who were using it, moved into a nursing home. Through emails of confirmations, that account was closed, equipment was sent back, and yet they are trying to charge my credit card another year of service.
I would not use this Company and I definitely would not sign up for a renewal on credit card.
